Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to PowerTools shall remain with Eric Amodio. PowerTools is protected by copyright and patent laws of the United States and international treaties.

distribute exact copies of this version of PowerTools, if done exclusively through electronic channels; and
make as many exact copies of this version of PowerTools as you wish, for purposes of distribution as described in (a) and (b) above.
